Centre Point London
This iconic Grade II listed skyscraper stands in the centre of London’s West End.
Built in the early sixties using H-shaped precast concrete units, the units were bolted together along with the concrete floor to form the loadbearing façade of the building. Brutalist in its architecture, it is still very unique in its construction form. So much so that in its redevelopment the old façade is being fully retained.
The tower is being turned into apartments offering some of the most incredible and uninterrupted views across the capital. This is where close attention of the fixing system comes into play.
