Hex Head Coarse Thread Stainless Steel – c/w Bonded Washer

These Hex Head Coarse Thread Stainless Steel Screws with Bonded Washers are engineered for fixing profiled cladding sheets into cold rolled rails and purlins, with a steel thickness of 1.0mm to 4.0mm. Constructed from durable A2 stainless steel, they provide excellent resistance to corrosion, especially when used in conjunction with aluminium or stainless steel materials. The bonded washer provides a secure seal between the screw head and the material surface, offering both watertightness and vibration resistance—ideal for applications where weatherproofing and long-term stability are critical. This design helps prevent the onset of galvanic reaction and is especially beneficial in exposed or marine environments. Whether you're working on roofing, façade systems, or industrial builds, these fasteners offer a combination of reliability, longevity, and performance, even under harsh conditions.
